Five Tops You Need This February

So February is the month of lurve… if you’re like me, that just means an excuse to treat yourself. SO, here goes…

Month Of Love… For Yourself!

February. Whether you have a Valentine or not, is about treating yourself. I love the whole “one for you, one for me” vibe for V day and it’s worked for the 29 years I’ve been on Earth, so I embrace it! I thought I’d help spread this to you guys because to be honest I think you just all deserve a treat! So here are five tops I’m loving right now – all for different reasons. One is my cosy jam, the jumper I have to pick up when I need some relaxing times and then we have the ombre jumper of my dreams. Seriously, which Fashion designer crawled into my brain and stole that one!? Let me know your favourite in the comments below too, I love reading those…

As someone that usually loves a monochrome striped t-shirt, of course I just love this Monki Lilac Striped Tee. It’s a nice, fresh take on the striped tee and something my wardrobe is calling out for. I love wearing this with some plain denim jeans, or matched with a lilac cardi. The colour clash is also something I’ve really been enjoying and this is a beautiful way to inject that into my wardrobe. Size wise, this does come up a little oversized. I ordered a Small but actually could have done with a XS, as it’s a little baggy around the arms. However, it’s a lovely fit regardless and washes up really nicely. Win win!

Coral Cardi, £12.99

I spotted this little babe recently and had to have both colours, the coral AND lilac. This H&M Coral Cardigan (sadly this colour seems to only be available in store) is the perfect way to instantly add some colour and interest to an outfit. I like to wear it over a patterned white tshirt, or even over a black vest top for a evening look. It’s a great way to add some warmth to an outfit when you don’t fancy wearing a jumper too. Plus, it’s an absolute bargain, which I’m always happy about.

Rainbow Knit, £32

Oh hello to this ASOS Rainbow Knit, it’s a beauty! I spotted this online recently and had to have it instantly. I love the colour and dip dye gradient but also it’s such a soft, cosy knit that I just can’t stop wearing it. Outfit wise, this looks cute with some blue denim and casual shoes, but I also can’t wait to wear it with some ripped denim shorts in Summer time. It does come up a little oversized but if you’re like me and prefer jumpers to be slightly baggy, then stick to your usual size.

I have to say that this Next Slogan Jumper is my weekend jumper, for sure. It’s super cosy with an amazing fleece lining inside, it has pockets (wahooo!) and also a cute little slogan on the front! It’s super warm and definitely something that makes me feel so happy as soon as I put it on! I like to wear mine very casual, either with my PJ’s (haha) or with some Mom jeans and converse. Also, of course I have to match up a beret too, so here I’m wearing my mustard one – I do have a colour for every occasion after all!

This Good Girl Gang, Not Your Babe Tshirt was kindly gifted to me recently and I haven’t taken it off since! The t-shirts are hand drawn and printed using handmade printing screens. The collection is a love letter to feminism & all things girl power, which of course – I LOVE! I chose this one because even though I do tend to use the word ‘babe’ on few occasions (it’s what I call my Mum & Dad, haha!) I like the moto it sends to strangers. Check out the collection, they have some crackers…
