Hey Blossom

The first signs of blossom are always my favourite, and it definitely inspired me to pop on my new dress from Very. This dress is something I can wear anywhere – to a fancy dinner, for a day out with my friends or even with trainers for a quick Tesco run (they happen a lot!) The delicate, feminine pattern is so pretty and I find the shape super flattering, especially with the synced in waist. It’s a big ol’ yes from me.

I paired the dress with a fancy trench coat because let’s not get too excited about Spring just yet, it’s still a bit cold. Again, this coat is something you can get out the wardrobe during any season to wear with any outfit, be it smart or more casual.

As you can see, I went all crazy and popped a patterned bag with the dress which I actually think works well. I love a pattern clash. This bag has been a bit of a savior recently too because it’s the perfect size. I can take everything I need with me, but not too much… which saves my back during a London trip (I need to pack lighter..)

Lastly, I opted for some classic boots, which give the leg such a nice length and height, without being uncomfortable. I love the colour too, a soft grey/green.. which is perfect for my wardrobe palette!
