Standing on the edge of the world, on a cliff, in the highest winds is all okay when you’re wearing a dress like this, I promise…

ON THE EDGE OF THE WORLD
As you may already know, recently I embarked on a little holiday to Norway. A beautiful country filled with calm, empty roads (hel-lo no traffic!) nature and of course, amazing scenery. Knowing that it was likely we would find some amazing spots to shoot some blog photos, I took along my Chi Chi dress, and this is the result. We stayed in Bergen, the city you can just about see in the distance of these photos and we took a sky-lift up to the top of these mountains… which was an experience in itself – we also gained one parking ticket, but we won’t be bitter about that, the photos are worth it, right?!
This dress is just beautiful, as all Chi Chi dresses are (in my opinion, I’m just a bit of a fan okay!?) They have a certain oomph to them that makes them extremely flattering, especially if your body type is slightly on the pear shape like mine. Pulling you in at the waist and flowing out at the hips, they are just perfection. They also give me the slight retro vibe I need in my wardrobe too, especially the vintage lace ones, and this one which is just floating my fifties boat!

NEW YEAR RAMBLES
On a final note, this is my last post of 2015, so I thought I would say a few things about the year, and what I’ve loved most about it. Firstly, hitting 60,000 subscribers over on my YouTube channel feels like a massive milestone. To me it’s a massive amount of people and it fills me with utter joy. My blog and YouTube became my career, I became my own boss and wow what an amazing journey it’s been.. and well, I survived 365 days of it! I have started to spend more time on my blog photos with Chris, and am so proud of what we create together. Team work is pretty special. I flew across the world on my own to New Orleans with Adidas Neo, which was nerve-wracking yet exciting all at once. I got to work with some amazing brands and speak to you guys as much as possible, which I always love.
Lastly, on a more personal note I have loved 2015 for proving to me how special the people surrounding me are. My family, my boyfriend and my friends – forever grateful to be surrounded by such wonderful humans. I also realised that life can be calm if you make it that way, to not get down by life’s little journeys, to not let tiny matters upset me and most of all, to be the best version of myself. I realised for others to love you, you have to love yourself first. I found yoga, twice (I’m working on that one) and learnt how to wash clothes, but never perfecting that ironing (wow) Jokes aside, I became really happy, proper ear to ear smiling happy and found my place in the world. Lastly to you guys, thank you for reading, commenting and being so bloody great. So here’s to 2016, for all things great in Tiny Twisst land, my personal little world and for us all loving ourselves!
Have just stumbled across your blog and I’m in awe of your photos – they’re utterly stunning! Congratulations on your YouTube milestones and good luck with the year ahead. May 2016 bring you much more success 🙂
Much love,
