Now, you might already know that I’m a fan of the fifties – I love the fashion from that era and how fantastically feminine it is, the shape and styling is perfect for a woman’s figure (in my humble opinion) I was recently reading an article on Rotten Panda about old school fashion which completely inspired me (check it out, there’s loads of retro photos!) so when I received this dress from Quiz I knew exactly how I wanted to style it. For me, there is nothing better than navy and red together, it’s the perfect pairing.. throw in some polkadots and it’s even better. I have had these red shoes for such a long time now and I get so much wear out of them, they go with much more than I thought they would – every girl must own a red pair of heels! (that’s an order..!)
