Lace, a girls best friend and a glorious girly style for the summer. Firstly this shirt is so pretty, not only is it lace but it is daisy patterned, making it feel extremely delicate and girly. I love shirts like this because they are so versatile – like I have probably said a million times before – you can pair it with literally anything, especially because it’s in a lovely neutral cream. I think it would look great with jeans and a tweed blazer too… in fact I’m feeling like that will probably make an appearance on here in the near future! They also have this shirt in lilac, great for the summer pastel trend! I paired it with this equally pretty lace skirt from Fashion Union with a brown belt to break the light colours up a little. I was doubtful that this outfit would work, but its probably one of my favourite new outfits so far – now all I need is the sun to come and warm the UK up a little!
Anyway, speaking of the sun.. it has been nice to see a hint of Spring here in England over the past few days! It’s funny how the sun can make British people alot happier, oh how amazing it must be to live somewhere where the sun is out all the time.. one can dream!
